Shipping policy
At Bonjerk, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during high-demand periods.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. International shipping is not available.Â
If you realize you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at hello@bonjerk.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address for you. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact the carrier directly to reroute the package. Please note that any additional costs associated with retrieving or rerouting your package due to an incorrect address will be your responsibility.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please do the following:
- Double-check the shipping address you provided.
- Look around your property and check with neighbors.
- Contact the carrier service directly to file a claim if necessary.
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@bonjerk.com with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
