Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Bonjerk product, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase (if purchased through bonjerk.com).

To start a return, please contact us at hello@bonjerk.com. Please provide us with your name, order number, mailing address, and the reason for the return. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, kindly include photos of the damaged or defective product.
